Devon here! I promised you some tips and tricks to get moving this summer...here they are!
Sports are always my activity of choice and its never hard to get outside. If you’re having trouble, try to find an activity you like doing! There are tons of ways to get active from basketball to playing with your dog outside!
• Try some outdoor activities this summer, try looking through some of these: (http://www.activeoutdoors.info/activeoutdoors/Article35.html). Soon you’ll like playing soccer more than sitting on the couch!
• Get your FRIENDS involved! Other people will help you stay motivated and keep activities fun and new. Plus, you’ll probably make a lot of new friends!
• Find an outlet and keep track of your progress and be proud about it! Institutions like the Alliance for a Healthier Generation have online tracking and suggestions of ways to keep you MOTIVATED.
